Shipping and Returns
Piper’s products will arrive within 3 weeks of the order. All jewelry is manufactured in North America.
Piper will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund when accompanied by the original packaging and original sales invoice within 30 days from receipt. Please note that we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
Should you decide to return an item, please notify Piper directly (+1-917-287-7112). You will need to obtain a Return Authorization number from us, and have that number clearly marked on the package in order for us to accept. Piper recommends that you return merchandise via FedEx, UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Piper will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
Refund for jewelry will only be honored if the return instructions above are followed. Piper reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in Piper's sole discretion.
